Concerns / Complaints

If a parent has a concern or complaint about any aspect of the program or service, we want to hear about it. Our goal is to quickly solve concerns and complaints to the best of our ability. Please take these steps in order to address any concerns or complaints:

• Speak to the early childhood educators (staff) with whom you may have a concern with or who is directly involved with your child.
• If you do not feel the problem resolved, please speak directly to the Director or Owner.

All complaints and concerns are taken very seriously and will be addressed quickly and confidentially. Your complaint / concern may remain anonymous at your request.
